This program is for students ages 11 to 14 years old (typically in 6th to 8th grade). Students will focus on building on foundational skills, enhancing social-emotional learning, developing resilience, and preparing for high school challenges.

Objectives: To empower middle school students to navigate the challenges of adolescence and prepare them for the transition to high school.
