Coaching for Young Learners
This program is for students ages 8 to 10 years old (typically in 3rd to 5th grade). Students will focus on early foundation skills, fostering a love for learning, and developing basic academic, social, and emotional skills.

Primary Goals & Objectives
Goals: Develop basic academic skills, instill a growth mindset, introduce students to goal setting, and enhance early social-emotional learning.
Objectives: To create a strong foundation for future academic success and personal growth by fostering a positive attitude towards learning.
Level of Independence & Responsibility
Independence Level: Focuses on guided learning with close supervision and support. Activities are designed to build confidence and encourage participation in a safe, structured environment.
Responsibility: Encourages early responsibility, such as completing small tasks and beginning to take ownership of learning.
Curriculum Content & Focus Area
Curriculum: Basic academic skills (reading, writing, math), growth mindset, foundational goal setting, introduction to social-emotional learning (SEL), and simple problem-solving activities.
